Design and Construction: Exterior is constructed from sheet steel finished in an easy clean powder coated paint. Interior chamber is made from mild steel coated with aluminum (CLAD). Fitted with fixed shelf runners and removable chrome plated wire grid shelves. Solid steel door comes standard. Heating and Controls: Heated by Incoloy sheathed elements positioned below the chamber floor. Mechanical thermostatic controls with a direct reading thermostat fitted below the door. Independent overheat thermostat with calibrated scale and tamper proof lock. Includes mains switch with indicator, plus heat and overheat indicators.
