Isolate and enumerate lactic acid bacteria from food with Thermo Scientificâ„¢ Oxoidâ„¢ MRS (DeMan, Rogosa and Sharpe) Broth (Dehydrated). This non-selective medium is designed to support profuse growth of lactic acid bacteria. Use MRS Broth for enumeration and isolation of mesophilic lactic acid bacteria from food samples.
