Applicable Standards:
CE Marked : Invasive Sampling - Class IIa medical device.

3. Unsuitable for certain sample areas (body cavities, twists, bends or where poor visibility is experienced) due to the inclusion of a breakpoint.

4. DO NOT USE if the outer packaging or seal shows signs of damage or incomplete.

5. DO NOT USE if there is no product identification or LOT number present on pouch.

6. DO NOT USE if LOT number is illegible or device is past expiry date.

7. DO NOT USE if swab bud or shaft appears damaged or broken.

8. Applying excessive pressure during use may lead to failure of the shaft.
