This precision swab features a viscose MiniTip on an aluminium shaft, individually housed in a sterile transport tube. Designed for patient use, it supports accurate sampling from delicate or intricate anatomical areas.

Known Limitations
Single-use only – Do not reuse. Not suitable for reprocessing or reworking.

Some microorganisms and viruses may have reduced viability on dry swabs.

When exudate is insufficient, the swab may be pre-moistened with 1–2 drops of sterile saline after sampling.

For transport, immediate transfer is recommended to preserve organism viability and prevent cellular stress.
