Di-Sodium Hydrogen Phosphate Dihydrate

Di-Sodium Hydrogen Phosphate Dihydrate (sodium phosphate dibasic dihydrate, Na2HPO4·2H2O) is a BioUltra, Molecular Biology grade inorganic salt supplied at an assay of ≥99.0% (T). It is tested free of DNases, RNases, proteases and phosphatases, making it suitable for demanding molecular biology, diagnostic and buffer preparation work.

Application

Sodium phosphate dibasic dihydrate has been used in the preparation of antifreeze solution to analyse the transduction pattern in the rat central nervous system (CNS) and in the preparation of sodium phosphate buffer.
