Amber volumetric flasks made from borosilicate glass 3.3 are intended to contain precise volumes of liquids such as reagents and solvents, making them ideal for demanding analytical applications. Their amber finish makes them especially suitable for light-sensitive liquids, including photosensitive solutions or reagents that may deteriorate when exposed to light. They offer the same performance characteristics as standard borosilicate glass 3.3 flasks and are manufactured in compliance with the same ISO standards.
Produced in accordance with ISO 1042, they provide accuracy, durability, and traceability through white graduation markings and batch numbers.

  • Borosilicate glass 3.3, resistant to chemicals, high temperatures, and thermal shock.
  • White graduation for clear and precise reading.
  • Batch number and certificate included in the original packaging.
  • Additional Certifications: Available on request with individual certificates or DAkkS calibration certificates.

Typical Applications:

  • Preparation of standard solutions for accurate quantitative analysis.
  • Serial dilutions in chemical and biological research.
  • Precise measurement and transfer of liquids in sensitive experiments.
  • Calibration of volumetric equipment such as pipettes and burettes.
  • Protection of light-sensitive substances, including pharmaceutical solutions and chemical compounds prone to light degradation.
